Here the most common questions for (B2C) customers about checkout and payments. If you have a business, please check also our B2B FAQs.

Can I pay with another currency?

On the checkout page, our system will automatically set the currency of your country. If we don’t have your currency, you will see the prices in our default currency (EUR or USD, depends on your location). You can change the currency during the checkout. Up on your right you will find a dropdown menu with the complete list of all the currencies that we accept. You are free to pick the one that you prefer.

Do you accept cryptos?

We do NOT accept any crypto payment so far, but we are thinking to do so.

What is your Refund Policy?

We FULLY REFUND any request made within 30 days from the payment day for any minute-pack on sale. No Question Asked.

We also apply the same 30 days money back guarantee on our subscriptions, but this applies only on the first payment. The recurrent payments do not benefit from this protection.

How can I know that you are really going to refund me?

Our customers do not pay us directly. There is a third party, PPG, that collects the payments and pay us after 30 days. So, your funds are under the custody of a third party that works as a guarantor for our Refund Policy.

How is the demo account, is it free?

You can start using Retexty for free. You should just register an account with us, and you will get 10 minutes of video each month for free, lifetime. There are no time limits for the free account. You don’t need to provide us with your credit/debit card details.

Where can I use my coupon?

If you have a valid coupon provided by us or by one of our third parties, you can redeem it on the checkout page. You should simply:

  1. tickle the coupon box,
  2. insert your coupon code,
  3. and press apply.

You will be notified if you inserted a correct and valid code, or for any error such us expired, invalid, or non-existing code.

Payment FAQs for businesses (B2B)


Here the most common question for (B2B) business customers about checkout, taxes and payments. 

I have a VAT / GST / Tax ID, where can I give you that?

You can provide us with your VAT Registration Number, GST Number, or Tax ID and all you other business details on the checkout page. Just tickle the box Business purchase, under the first voice: Billing Information.

What is this 0% Tax on B2B transactions?

If your business is based in the EU and has a valid VAT Number, a 0% VAT will apply for this transaction with the reverse charge mechanism. If you are not based in the EU, GST and Sales Tax should still not be applicable or applied a 0% if you provide us with a valid Tax ID on the checkout page.

Can I have an invoice?

You will get an invoice automatically after payment. Please check your emails and check also in your spam, promotion, and media folders. Our partner PPG will issue the invoice and not us.

How is my data security stored?

We hardly store any data about your material. We have safe and dedicated servers where we store user data. Materials that you send us are not store permanently by us or by any of our third parties.
